Notes:

I see people use the term "synchronization" in terms of timed-text, etc.

But often they just mean you can click on a link and the audio will skip ahead

and the user will hear audio or see video that matches the portion of the transcript that's on-screen.

But I don't think that's enough.

I think the following GOALS need to be met:

1. The user should be able to click on a line of text and hear the related media.

2. The user should be able to "scrub" ahead on the media player and the text should follow.

3. The page should report where in the document the user is.

4. The page should automatically keep the media/text synchronized without user intervention.
